To ensure that fabrication and installation works are carried out on schedule and on budget, we apply the following project management process:

1. Design, approval in process.

2. Materials take off and purchase.

3. Select sub-contractor and start fabrication.

4. Quality control in material, dimensions, welding, painting, packing.

5. Monitor fabrication and installation schedule.

6.1 Tools and equipment list
6.2 Set up site office and store.
6.3 Organize site supervisor and safety officer.
6.4 Accommodation and transport of workers.

7. Site management
7.1 Safety of workers.
7.2 Security checking in and out of site compound.
7.3 Scaffolding complies with local authority.
7.4 Safety rules and regulation complies with clients’ or local
authority.
7.5 Equipment safety check.

8. Project hand over
8.1 Manufacturer report.
8.2 Join inspection.
8.3 Punching list.
8.4 Certificate of completion.
